When you say new contract, this might actually be our revised terms and conditions.
We haven't sent out any contracts, however if this doesn't sound correct then please send us a screen shot.

Jag: Thanks for answering, but the problem is not solved. My question remains: Why do I need to click "I Accept" to enter into an account that I have had for years? I have not changed my username or password, and should come into my account automatically, as always.

Jag: I have asked my friends on Facebook if they had any similar agreement from Spotify. They have not. So why did I get it? Of course it is impossible to read and understand such a long contract. English is not my native language. You can not expect people to really read through all this. We can not possibly know what we commit ourselves to when we click "I accept". I am sure you are aware that most people do not read such an extensive agreement. Do I have to be a lawyer with advanced knowledge of the English language to be able to listen to Spotify's music?

2) Your post/zip code.
3) Any additional email addresses you may have registered with us.
4) What device you are using Spotify on.
5) What operating system you are running.
I apologise if these points duplicate information you have previously supplied. They are used by us to fully deal with cases and queries.

This way it's up to decide if you wish to read them or not, but we have made you aware that they have slightly changed. These are the same Terms and Conditions only slightly amended that you will have to of agreed to in order to create your Spotify account.
If you wish to continue using Spotify then you will need to accept, having read them or not.

Mycket intressant! Kommer du att kontakta någon journalist/tidning sen? Väntar med spänning på fortsättningen. De flesta är för lata för att starta en sådan här konversation. Ändå positivt att Spotify svarar, även om det är lite goddag-yxskaft...
Mina första två inlägg besvarades ganska snabbt av Spotify, men svaret på det senaste verkar dröja. Jag är ganska nyfiken på vad dom har att säga om det.
